The 2019 alcohol awareness poster lists that risks associated with drinking more than the recommended 14 units a week is also linked to stomach and mouth vcancers. The advice is to try and have a few alcohol free days a week and to keep a diary if you can’t remember how much you have drunk or try the new Try Dry app which will also help you keep track.
