Our advisory group decided that we should run a survey to determine the level of awareness that the general public has of the changes that are happening within GP services.

had used in the 12 months, how beneficial they were to them, what works well, and what could

The purpose of this enter and view was a revisit following the previous
Healthwatch visit on Monday 24 October 2016, to observe if our
recommendations from the report had been implemented. Also to gather feedback
from residents and their families.
