Make 2020 a healthy one - tell us your views on services to make changes happen
People have told their views on mental health support in schools and their experiences of, often long waits, to get a diagnosis and treatment especially people with conditions such as learning disabilities and autism. Young people also told us they often had up to a year’s wait to get mental health support from either CAMHS or with the counsellor at their school. Since our report on this has been circulated, key decision-makers have taken our concerns on board and changes are due to make early intervention services easier to access.
We want to know about your experiences at all stages of care, including:
- How easy was it to access the help and support you needed?
- What was your experience of care like?
- How did you feel about the further treatment, care or support you were offered?
By taking just five minutes to speak up about what's worked and what can be improved, you can help future services improve care for you, your loved ones, and your community. It’s that simple.
Let us know what you think needs addressing or tell us the good things about your care or treatment. What is working in health care and what isn’t – the real stories from people that use health and social care are those that matter. Let us use them to make a difference.
