Have your say on local pharmacy services

Pharmacies play a vital role in local communities. We want to hear about people's experiences of using pharmacy services in our area to ensure that residents can get the most from them.

Your feedback will help us to develop of the latest Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment, which aims to identify what pharmaceutical services are currently available and where other services may be needed in the future.

Please complete the survey by 5pm on Thursday 17th April 2025.

Every three years, Health and Wellbeing Boards are required to publish a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). The PNA is intended to identify what pharmaceutical services are currently available in each area and where services are likely to be needed in the future.

The information provided by you in our survey will support the PNA being developed across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and help the Health and Wellbeing Boards understand local people’s experiences of accessing pharmacies.

We also ask for some information about you. This helps us to see if people in different areas and communities have different views and experiences that need to be better understood by the people making decisions.

How will we make a difference in 2024-25?

Our workplan sets out the areas of health and social care we will be looking at over the coming financial year. It also outlines the research we plan to carry out in order to help improve local services.
