Does your GP surgery use eConsult? Healthwatch Bristol wants to hear your feedback. Do you find eConsult helpful? Could it be better? Have you or a loved one had any problems using it?

eConsult is a form-based online consultation and triage platform. It sends your medical or administrative requests through to your GP practice to triage and decide on the right care for you and everyone else.

We know that GP surgeries across the local area use a variety of online platforms to help patients get in touch. For this piece of work, we are specifically looking at eConsult.
