In October 2019, Heathwatch Bristol became part of Healthwatch Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Find out how your feedback made a difference by downloading our 2019/2010 annual report.

In 2019/2020, 385 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us. In Bristol, we identified social care as an area of concern for many residents. We received feedback on mental health services, and provided how-to guides to using online apps and websites to ensure everyone could access the healthcare they needed.
